ISUZU Trucks UK and TVS Supply Chain Solutions celebrates 20 years of “togetherness”.

Isuzu Truck (UK) Ltd and TVS Supply Chain Solutions celebrate 20 years of collaboration this month with the signing of a 3 year contract renewal.

2016 not only marks the 20th anniversary of the collaboration between Isuzu Truck (UK) Ltd and TVS Supply Chain Solutions, but as a result of TVS SCS providing Isuzu with industry leading levels of service and excellent support since they first established in the UK, both companies have culminated this successful relationship by signing a further 3 year renewal contract.

This continued relationship is particularly positive as Isuzu continues to develop an increased share of the UK Truck Market, with market leaders TVS playing a fundamental role in supporting those developments through their extensive range of Aftersales Parts Services. The TVS team have worked closely with Isuzu over the past 20 years at every stage of their supply chain from inventory planning and demand forecasting, right through to customer service and returns processing (reverse logistics) including warehousing and dispatch.

Isuzu Truck (UK) Ltd Managing Director Peter Murphy (pictured left at TVS HQ in Chorley), made reference to the excellent work undertaken by the teams involved; “We are delighted to be continuing our long standing relationship with TVS and look forward, once again, to receiving the excellent service levels we have come to expect from them.”
