Tim Campbell and Rob Hallam, the presenters from menandmotors “Truck” series return to television with their all new “TruckWorld TV” series featuring the latest news, views and road tests from the world of truck and trailers.
In Series 1 Tim and Rob brought viewers truck news and views from around Europe, including major features such as visiting the Volvo truck factory in Sweden, looking at the work that goes on to make a trailer at Cartwrights in Cheshire as well as exclusive interviews with influential people such as the UK Traffic Commissioner Mrs Beverley Bell. Each episode also featured a truck road test.
In Series 2 sponsored by Autotrader Trucks the lads carry on with their “access all areas” insight into all aspects of the road transport industry as they visit the UK’s largest tyre retread manufacturer Bandvulc, take a trip across the Irish Sea with truckers on a Stenaline ferry, and go to Germany to see trailer axles been made. They also watch parcels been sorted at one of the UK’s largest distribution centre handling 1m parcels a day as well as looking behind the scenes at Scania dealer Keltruck. Road tests include the electric truck from Tevva , Volvo’s FE and International Truck of the Year in 2016 Iveco Eurocargo. The whole series also has comments from truck drivers about the issues facing the industry plus the infamous out-takes.

Tim has had a truck licence and been involved in the truck industry for over 30 years working at ERF Trucks, Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd, Leyland DAF and Intertrail a major truck and van contract hire company. He starting presenting the “Truck” show on the menandmotors channel over 10 years ago when he owned the UK’s leading commercial vehicle market research company and co-presented 3 series ( over 30 episodes ) with Eve Threlkeld, Helen Brumby and finally with Rob Hallam ( presenter of the “Reverend Bob Show” also on the channel). Tim and Rob also co-presented the Tokyo Motor Show programme on ITV4. Tim presents at many conferences /seminars talking at about the global commercial vehicle industry across the world recently meeting former American President George W Bush.
Rob started his TV career at ITV whilst Brad cut his TV teeth at the BBC.
